Event group

Are you working towards an event and want to do some of your functional training, strength and skill work with a group of people. Contact Andrew for more information. Bookings are through a Facebook group as the location and time may change week by week.

Gym Floor training

Wanting to train on your own on our gym floor. We keep numbers low so that you never miss out on equipment! Functional training at its best! Our coaches can also help you with a programme.

Personal Training

We have the BEST PT’s ever! Yes I am totally biased but these guys are superstars! Wanting 1 on 1, or with a friend then touch base and we can connect you with the right specialist PT for you.

Event-specific training

Contact us to ask about getting one on one training or training for your specific event. We also have a network of specialist event coaches that we work with to ensure you reach your target goals.

Athlete Development

Our kids programmes are focused on building strong and resilient long term athletes who can take on any activity that they want. Whether aiming for the top of their field or wanting to be part of a programme that embraces and loves movement, your kids will love being part of TFC kids.

Functional Movement Screening

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a way to assess seven essential movement patterns in people with or without pain, limitations or injuries. Everyone can benefit from a FMS, especially those who experience tightness and weakness in the body.
