Getting your membership, booking and attending sessions

We use an awesome user friendly software system called wodboard to manage our timetable, bookings and all things membership.

When you sign up for a membership you will be asked to claim your account. Once you have done this you will be able to book in your sessions. Wodboard has an app or you can use the website - totally up to you which option that you prefer.

Because we like to ensure we maintain quality we have a limited number to our sessions so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Our Wodboard timetable will be the most up to date version of our timetable and you can book 3 weeks in advance for your sessions.

Book your sessions in

Please book your sessions in by clicking on the time that you would like to attend and hitting “book class” If for any reason you can not attend don’t forget to cancel.

Easy booking

Wodboard has an easy booking function. Once you have been training with us for a while. It remembers what sessions that you usually come to and when you click that day on the app books you in without having to go the timetable.

Please bring your towel and water bottle

Please make sure that you have a towel at every session, including gym floor as well as a water bottle. Please make sure you wipe down your equipment after use
