Alpha Ready - a fantastic blend of strength and conditioning so weights and a sweat. This programme is a fantastic functional programme and while love taking on an obstacle course events we know that the benefits of training for these events are so incredible for health and fitness. They put the “fun” back in “fun”ctional training.
Les Mills Body Balance
Yoga Fusion - The class is a unique mix of Yoga and Pilates, optimising flexibility and mobility alongside full-body conditioning. With a focus on soft and gentle yoga flow with pilates principles, you will increase core strength, body awareness, and learn to harness the power of breath with movement. BYO Mat if you have one. We do have a limited supply at the gym too.
X-fit - Join Crossfit Certified coach Sam for a great WOD and strength and conditioning session.
Stronger - a slower-paced session with a focus on barbell strength training techniques along with accessory work to develop and support all levels of athlete.
